Empirical finding using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation co-efficient indicates that there is no significant relationship between corporate policy and the performance of Nigerian Ports Authority. consequents upon the above finding it is recommended that corporate policy should taken into consideration of all environmental factors affecting policies and strategies. Organizational goal and objectives should be considered before formulating policies and corporate policy issues must be identified and clarified.
