ABSTRACT

This research work aims at identifying strategies at managing environment factors in business organizations using Siba waters Ikot Ekpene as a case study. This study as provide an insight into of public of environmental factors on manufacturing company Siba water Ikot Ekpene in Akwa Ibom State and strategies as which to manage of problem. The study will be at benefit because through understanding environmental factors in which policies are made and will give knowledge of verities of strategies and when to allow them to policy formation and implementation. To this end, a researcher in this field will find this research work a good reference material. It will also add a great deal of knowledge to the existing knowledge on strategies of managing environmental factors in business organization.  The study is divided into five chapters with chapter one giving general introduction to the topic: Objective of the Study, Statement of the Problems and others. Chapter two gives a Review of the Related Literature review while chapter three presents the Research Design and Methodology adopted for the study. Chapter four presents the Summary of findings made and finally chapter five give a Conclusion, Recommendation and Suggestion for further studies.
