Questionnaire responses were analyze using table, frequency counts, simple percentage mean and standard deviation. Data collected from interview, observation and CSDA report was analyzed qualitatively. Chi-square was used to test the hypotheses. The study found out that despite the involvement of people in project implementation projects was abandoned in Akoko South East Local government Area of Ondo State. As a result of weak monitoring system project was not implemented according to Community Development Plans in Aduralere, Okemeji and Epinmi communities in Ondo State.
