The aim of this study is to develop a PrefSyn model to enhance the WordNet search for human anatomy ontology. To achieve this aim, the following objectives are realized.        i.            To develop an extraction algorithm for FMA terms.      ii.            To design a prefsyn model for FMA terms in wordnet.   iii.            To implement the proposed system with nltk as API using python.
