Web development of this nature finds useful application on other sector of economy, hospital, etc. They facilitate and reduce cost and also provide a forum where information, ideas on recent technical advancement and business prospects, can be effective. The new system was designed using PHP and HTML programming language. This language was chosen because of its wealth of class libraries and features for developing online based applications.
