ABSTRACT
The researcher examined the effect of organizational design on organizational performance in Julius Berger Plc, Uyo. The Objectives were to examine the effect and influence of structure, reward and strategy on organizational performance in Julius Berger Nigeria, Plc, Uyo. The methodology adopted was quantitative approach. The population for the study was 265 staff with a sample size of 159. Primary data were collected for the study through the use of questionnaire. The statistical tool adopted was multiple regression statistical analysis. The findings revealed t-value of 21.431, 10.959, 6.720, 3.989 and beta-values of .524, .304 and .027 which indicated that structure, reward and strategy have a significant positive effect on organizational performance in Julius Berger Nigeria Plc, Uyo. Thus, it was concluded that efforts should be geared towards improving organizational design, since it has significant effect and influence on organizational performance in Julius Berger Nigeria Plc, Uyo. It is recommended that organizations should develop effective reward system that will help to improve organizational performance. Finally, reward has a significant effect on organizational performance of Julius Berger Nigeria Plc, Uyo and there is also a significant relationship between strategy and organizational performance of Julius Berger Nigeria Plc, Uyo.
